Got a 96NA. Been having a rough idle, small miss some where. Today I was using Conzult and decided to try the reset self learn function, it caused the idle to smooth out a lot. After driving it goes back to a rough idle / small miss. Conzult capture after driving: [ http://1drv.ms/1SvKbgo ] And here it is right after pressing the reset self learn: [ http://1drv.ms/1kGxFwS ] Vacuum lines all good, also used a boost leak tester Injectors OHM OK Can hear each injector clearly Coil Packs OHM OK TPS OK (re tightened it after it appears to be jumping around a bit) O2's cycle between rich and lean at 2k RPM No MIL/Codes IACV tests ok CAS OK Idle speed adjusts easily to FSM 750 +/-50RPM Ignition timing set to 10 deg BTDC warmed up All connectors are spotless PTU tests OK Power balance test via Conzult stalls the car on the first cylinder, however unplugging the coil packs manually results in an RPM drop for each cylinder. Disconnecting the TPS sensor results in smooth, miss free idle, that is at 800+RPM. When dialed down to 650 +/-50RPM the idle starts hunting. Ignition timing stays at 10 Degs. TPS plugged in at 800+ RPM it is smoother but there is still miss. Its all limited to idle, driveability is fine and the engine is responsive, revs past 4k no problems.
